Formatting + input field tweaks

Description
The look of the fields is way off compared to the Edit Post view.. Missing a colon for the Page title:, should probably have other copy for the input field tip as well.
The title uses some kind of formatting to capitalize the first letter in each word. Unorthodox? Should probably be the same as in Posts
