Mentioned on the other screen for this survey. Gets marked as scheduled instead when publishing a new post.

I saw that once, but I'm not sure if it was fixed. It had something to do with WordPress? time zone configuration. Maybe it's the same case

I tried changing the timezone settings multiple times and creating a new post each time I changed it. Does not appear to be occurring any longer. Marking worksforme with potential to re-open if it comes back again.
