A suggestion regarding post status sort order

I find the sort order for post statuses to be visually disorienting. Often, I find myself pausing before hitting the 'Published' line. If we are to consider the 'finiteness' of the statuses, it would make more sense if they were listed in the following order:

1. Published
2. Private
3. Pending Review
4. Draft

This can be in either ascending or descending order.

The publishing workflow is going to change in 1.3, but I'm fine with reordering them for 1.2 if people think this makes more sense.

I'd vote to keep it as close to the web version as possible, which is similar to what @Tetanus is proposing.

If you can make this change and it's fairly trivial and won't introduce any potential new bugs -- then let's do it for 1.2
