Hotspot blue bar pushes down the UI

Description

Steps to reproduce this issue:

  • Turn off the hotspot
  • Start the app
  • Turn on the hotspot
  • re-open the app
  • The whole UI is pushed down of 20px or so (see attached pictures)

Testing this in the simulator with the In-Call Status Bar visible. The new panels UI adjusts correctly to the presence of the status bar. Closing since the issue was originally with the pre-panels version of the app and seems to be fixed now.

Reopen if its still reproducible with hot spots.
