Description
While browsing the TED blog in the reader I noticed this. You'll have to tap fairly quickly to see it happen.
The TED blog is the only blog I'm subscribed to for the reader.
- Tap the Read button.
- Tap on a story in the reader list.
- Tap the down arrow until you come to a story with a video embed. You'll see the "link" button in the upper right corner of the app disables briefly then enables.
- Repeat step three, but this time quickly move to the next article while the link button is disabled. If the new article does not have video the button remains disabled.

I'm having a tough time reproducing this now so I'm closing this one.
On a separate issue, I do notice that the next button is occasionally disabled when it shouldn't be but it happens apparently at random and I can't reproduce it on demand. We can look at this in a future release. See #1408
